Plan it, build it, or bring us into your team.
Three ways to work with us - each one useful on its own.
DevOps Consulting
Fixed price · 1-2 weeks
A hands-on review of your cloud setup. You get a written report with prioritized fixes and an estimate - the best first step before anything else.
- Architecture and infrastructure review
- Security, cost and reliability findings
- A roadmap with priorities and estimates
- A walkthrough with your team
DevOps Projects
Fixed scope & price
New infrastructure or a move to a better one - built as code, documented and handed over so your team can own it.
- A clear scope, timeline and price upfront
- Delivered in your accounts and repositories
- Weekly progress updates
- Documentation and a handover walkthrough

Monthly · part-time or full-time
A senior DevOps engineer joins your team - your tools, your backlog, your standups - part-time or full-time, without the months of hiring.
- Works on your priorities, in your tools
- Part-time or full-time, billed monthly
- Scale up or down from month to month
- No recruiting, no notice periods
Expertise
Everything between your code and production.
Architecture, migration, pipelines, security and cost - on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
Architecture & cloud consulting
Setups on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure designed for your stage, with a realistic path from where you are.
Cloud migration
Off on-prem servers, between clouds or out of a setup you've outgrown - in planned steps, without a long feature freeze.
CI/CD automation
Pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins that make releases boring: tested, repeatable and one click to roll back.
Infrastructure as code
Every environment in Terraform or OpenTofu - reviewed, versioned and reproducible, instead of clicked together by hand.
Containers & Kubernetes
Docker images and Kubernetes clusters on EKS, GKE or AKS - set up, scaled and maintained.
Monitoring & reliability
Prometheus, Grafana and alerting that point at the cause, plus the practices that make incidents rarer and shorter.
Security & compliance (DevSecOps)
Scanning in the pipeline, secrets management, network segmentation and WAF - mapped to SOC 2, ISO 27001 and NIS2 controls.
Cloud cost optimization
Find out where the money goes, right-size what's oversized, and set up budgets and alerts so the bill stops surprising you.
How we work
Assess. Build. Automate. Operate.
- 01
Assess
We look at what you run today against what the business needs, and write down the findings with priorities and an estimate.
- 02
Build or migrate
We build the target setup or move workloads over in small, planned steps - your product keeps shipping meanwhile.
- 03
Automate
Infrastructure, pipelines and checks go into code, so every change is reviewed, repeatable and reversible.
- 04
Operate
Monitoring, patching and cost control after launch - by your team with our docs, or with an embedded engineer from us.
It all starts with a free 30-minute call. Within 48 hours you get a proposal with a fixed scope and price.

FAQ
Questions we hear often.
Do we need DevOps if we're already on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure?
Being in the cloud isn't the same as running it well. The cloud gives you building blocks; DevOps is how they're put together, automated, secured and kept affordable. Most teams we meet are on a major cloud and still deploy by hand.
What's the difference between DevOps and SRE?
DevOps is about how software gets built, tested and shipped - pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code. SRE (site reliability engineering) focuses on keeping it running once it's live - monitoring, alerting, incident response. Small teams need a bit of both, and we cover both.
How long does a cloud migration take?
It depends on how much you run and how tangled it is. A small application can move in a few weeks; a larger platform in a few months, done in stages. DevOps Consulting gives you a realistic plan and estimate before you commit.
How do you cut cloud costs without slowing the team down?
Most savings come from things nobody has to notice: right-sized instances, cleaned-up storage, reserved capacity for steady workloads, and turning off what isn't used. Budgets and alerts keep it that way.
A project or an embedded engineer - which do we need?
A project when there's a clear goal - a migration, a new pipeline, getting ready for an audit. An embedded engineer when there's a steady stream of infrastructure work and nobody to own it. Many clients start with DevOps Consulting and decide from there.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. We're based in Slovenia (EU) and work with teams across Europe and beyond.
